Single acid peels are able to address a single skin condition. Blended peels have an ability to not only address the primary concern, but will simultaneously address any secondary skin conditions. Improve skin texture and soften sun-damaged skin. Peels are used to improve skin texture and soften fine lines of sun-damaged skin, provide an overall improvement in pigmentation and improve acne-prone skin.

Dermal Fillers -Injected under the skin to provide support to the overlying skin. Dermal fillers provide the skin with resiliency and shape. The result is softening of facial lines, folds and scars, with little to no downtime

Microdermabrasion -  Is a particle skin resurfacing technique system combining the polishing action of laser-cut diamond crystals with the action of a vacuum for  a customized exfoliation treatment and the feeling  of a deep cleansing.  The laser-cut diamond crystal tip abrades the skin, removing the top layer of skin as the microdermabrasion machine gently vacuums the loose dead skin cells away from the face, leaving the skin with an immediate smoothing of the outer skin surface. This is a “lunchtime” procedure with little or no recovery time. A series of microdermabrasion treatments will help various skin irregularities, including  sallow complexion, blackheads, acne and oily prone skin and the softening of acne scars.

SkinPen®, microneedling - A microneedling procedure that creates hundreds to thousands of “micro” skin punctures per second to stimulate the skin’s natural wound healing process, which triggers new collagen synthesis. The result is smoother, younger-looking skin. Multiple treatments may be required to achieve optimal results.

What does it feel like? Micro-needling feels similar to sandpaper being moved across the skin. Topical numbing may be applied prior to your procedure, but no anesthesia or medications are necessary.

What can I expect after a Micro-Needling procedure? Your skin is expected to look and feel like a severe sunburn with redness, slight swelling, feeling tight, and mild burning sensation the first 24 hours.  The next day your skin be red, swelling burning sensation should start to resolve. Side effects are temporary and typically resolve within three days. Mild flaking may start on day 2 or 3 after the treatment and my flake for up to 5 – 7 days. Total healing time depends on the depth of the treatment, skin type and skin condition. Some patients may heal completely in 24 hours.

When will I see the results? Patients typically notice an immediate glow, but visible improvement will take about two to four weeks and can continue for up to six months.  It will take up to 3 months or more to see optimal results with lines and wrinkles.

How many treatments will I need? A series of three to six treatments spaced four to six weeks apart is ideal for optimal results. Some conditions such as deep wrinkles, advanced photo-aging, stretch marks and acne scars may need six to eight treatments.

PhotoFacial - Is a technique used with the Harmony™, which is an Intense Pulsed Light source. This treatment is ideal for patients that suffer from rosacea; the treatment helps to reduce redness and veins. Patients with sun damaged skin will notice fewer brown spots and improved skin texture.

Traumatic tattoos, such as areas of bluish discoloration from previous abrasions or accidents, can also be improved using this laser technology. Multiple treatments are needed over many months to fade and lighten a tattoo.  When treating brown spots one to three treatments may be necessary.
